In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor - CDC) of Brazil, customers are entitled to request a full refund within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase if they are not satisfied with the product. This guarantee applies to all digital products purchased through Hotmart.

2. How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund within the 7-day period, follow these steps:

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be processed within 7 days from the purchase date. After this period, refund requests will not be accepted unless required by law.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Customers who request a refund will lose access to the digital product immediately and its respective future updates after approval.
