1. 7-Day Guarantee

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor - CDC) of Brazil, customers are entitled to request a full refund within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase if they are not satisfied with the product. This guarantee applies to all digital products purchased through Hotmart.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you wish to request a refund within the 7-day period, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Hotmart account.

2. Access the "My Purchases" section.

3. Select the COP Audio Services product you wish to request a refund for.

4. Click on "Request a Refund" and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. Refund Conditions

• Refunds will only be processed within 7 days from the purchase date. After this period, refund requests will not be accepted unless required by law.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

• Customers who request a refund will lose access to the digital product immediately and its respective future updates after approval.
